Ingredients for Sweet Christmas buns
1 | tsp | Coarse salt |
2 | dl | Milk |
25 | g | Yeast |
4 | tsp | Honey |
4 | tbsp | Lukewarm water |
4 | tbsp | Oil, if desired. canola oil |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Sweet Christmas buns
To prepare the Sweet Christmas buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast and honey in the lukewarm water.
Add half of the flour and the other ingredients. Eat the dough and add the rest of the flour. The dough must now raise a warm place for 20 minutes.
The dough is divided into approx. 10 pieces and shaped into buns.
They are put on the plate and should now rise for a 1 hour.
You may need to put a damp cloth over.
Then brush the balls with milk or eggs.
The balls are baked in the middle of the oven for approx. 10-12 min. At 225 degrees. Till they are golden. (:
