dissolve the yeast in the water. salt and flour is added. the dough should be very soft!! It must be cold overnight. the dough is taken with two spoons or with wet fingers and put on a baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees c. alm immediately. oven in 16-20 minutes.
Tips:
some of the wheat flour may be substituted by something coarse flour or grains if grove buns is desired
If to make flute or bread requires a little practice and a lot of flour on the table ... it may be an advantage to twist the dough a bit before being placed on the plate.
