1 | dl | Sunflower kernels |
1 | dl | Plain yogurt |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Water |
700 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Sunflower buns
To prepare the Sunflower buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fill the yeast in a bowl, and stir it into the water. Add the oil, yogurt, salt and sugar. Add the sunflower seeds and wheat flour. Knead the dough well. Let dough raise to double size.
Beat the dough down, and form it into 12 muffins. Set dough balls on a baking tray with baking paper. Let the dough balls raise for about 15 minutes. Set baking plate in cold oven on Middle rib. Turn on the oven and let buns bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees C alm. oven.
