0.5Lime
1Orange
1dlFrozen blueberries (or fresh)
1dlSkimming milk
2Ripe bananas

Instructions for Sugar-free Smoothie

To prepare the Sugar-free Smoothie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the bananas into pieces, into the blender. Squeeze the juice from the orange and the glue, pour into the blender. Blend to the mashed texture. Pour the milk into and blend. If the texture is not as desired, pour more milk in. Add the blueberries and blend. Severes in either one large glass or two small glasses.
If it's too sour, put it out. Little honey in.
