500 | g | Pork, chopped about 10% fat |
Instructions for Stuffed squash II
To prepare the Stuffed squash II recipe, please follow these instructions:
2 medium-sized Zucchini eroded with a spoon.
Fill: Meat, finely chopped onion, rice, salt and pepper mix.
Fill it in squashene and place them in a heat-proof platter.
Gravy: chopped tomatoes and finely chopped onion to the boil. Season with salt and paprika.
The sauce is poured over the filled squash and put in the oven at 175 degrees c. alm. oven for 1 hour.
Tips:
Instead of squash can you use peppers.
