| 2 ½ | dl | Whipped cream |
| 4 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
| 400 | g | Frozen strawberries |

To prepare the Strawberry soft ice- recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the frozen berries into a blender and blend them with a flourish. Add creme fraiche and cream and blend it quickly evenly. Server immediately if possible. With some extra berries for decoration.
