Instructions for Strawberry Shortcake
To prepare the Strawberry Shortcake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, baking soda, salt and sugar in a bowl. The fat is finely chopped into the mixture with a fork until it becomes a grit lot. Add spicy egg and milk. Work it all together for a dough. Put the dough on the flour board. Divide it into 16 parts. Roll each portion into round cakes, about 6 cm in diameter. Place half of the cakes in small lubricated molds. Brush the dough surfaces with melted grease. Place the rest of the dough plates upstairs. Bake the cakes at 225 degrees until they are airy and light brown. The strawberries are washed and cut into slices. Save a little to decorate. Pour sugar and lemon juice over. Whip the cream. Divide the cakes in two. Grease the fat on one half and advantage half of the strawberries upstairs. Bring the whipped cream over and add a layer of strawberries. Cover with the other cake halves and decorate with whipped cream and the rest of the strawberries.
tips:
Let the dough stand cold before rolling out, so the cakes become more airy.
