To prepare the Strawberry pie - better than the baker's! recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mince the hazelnuts. Whip the 4 egg whites stiff, then pour hazelnuts, flour and flour in. Then put the dough into a pan and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 150 degrees.
