10bulletsCarte d'or vanilla (250 g/500 ml)
100gDark chocolate (70%)
250gCleaned strawberries
7tbspIrish cream liqueur

how to do it
1. Cut 100 g strawberries into slices.
2. Put the rest of the strawberries in a food processor or blender, and add flour, Carte d'Or Vanilla and 4 tablespoons Irish Cream liqueur. Mix to a coarse mixture.
3. Divide the mixture into 4 dessert glasses and place them in the freezer for 20 minutes.
4. Cut the chocolate into pieces and put it in a small bowl in a water bath until it is melted. Remove the bowl of the flask and add the honey and the rest of the Irish Cream liqueur.
