5 | dl | Whipped cream |
500 | g | Strawberry |

To prepare the Strawberry cake with cream cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bunde:
Bring cream 13% and milk in boil, remove from heat, add grease and let it swell. Whip whole egg, sugar and vanilla sugar thick and foaming. Mix flour, baking soda and salt and gently turn it into the egg yolks. Add the cream mixture. Bring the dough into a well-sprinkled spring form sprinkled with raspberries. Behind the bottom approx. 40 min at 175. Let the cake get cold. Divide it into three bottoms.
Filling:
Cut the strawberries into slices. Stir cream cheese and flour together. Whip the cream to the foam. Mix cream cheese and whipped cream. Lay the layer cake together with the strawberries and half of the cream - store some strawberries for decoration.
Garnish:
Grease the rest of the cream over the whole cake and decorate with the remaining strawberries.
tips:
The strawberries can be replaced with kiwi or other fruit.
