Instructions for Strawberries with kastaieskum
To prepare the Strawberries with kastaieskum recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the chestnuts into a pot of milk and vanilla essence. Put on the lid and boil at low heat approx. 15 minutes until the chestnuts are soft. Pour it through a sachet and stir the orange peel and juice, cream and sugar. Whip the egg whites stiff and fold them in the puree. Pour it over the cleaned strawberries and server.
