2 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
500 | g | Fresh strawberries |

To prepare the Strawberries w / lemon cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and nip the strawberries. Share if necessary. The largest, dry sugar.
Cream:
Stir the egg yolks with a flourish to an airy egg snap. Stir lemon juice. Beat the cream stiff and turn it lightly into the egg mixture.
Spread most of the lemon cream into four serving glasses. Bring the strawberries on it and bring the last remaining lemon cream to the top.
Decorate with a beautiful berry on top.
tips:
Bring 1 large macron in each serving glass before the cream comes in.
