Cut across the tendons? (I do not even know what the grain can be translated into Danish), cut the halftroat into small medallions. Each piece should ideally be 1 cm thick. Stir them in the browned butter about two mins on each side, turn them ike more than once. If the meat is frozen it should have a little longer on the forehead. When the meat is fried, place it on a dish in a hot oven. Cook the forehead with lemon juice and immediately add the cream. Add garlic and stir while boiling. Let it spin until the sauce is so thick it hangs on the saucepan. Prepare the meat on the plate, pour the sauce over the medallions after adding any juice from the dish containing the meat before frying.
Serve immediately with a good crisp salad and possibly bread to.
