Instructions for Stikkelsbæris
To prepare the Stikkelsbæris recipe, please follow these instructions:
Run frozen gooseberry in food processor with sugar and yogurt. Tube stikkelsbær yoghurtisen careful. Freeze the ice cream and stir into it a few times during nedfrysingen. Put stikkelsbæris layered with færdigis in an elongated shape approx. 1 1/2 litres. Freeze the ice. Take the ice cream out av fryseboksen about 30 minutes before serving. Server with MOSS of gooseberry and a little whipped cream and would like a slice of kiwi to garnish.
