Instructions for Stegte roar
To prepare the Stegte roar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Distribute the cream cheese into the prepared and sprinkle them with spices, tie them with cotton yarn and brown them in butter / oil until golden.
Lay the basins on the side and sprinkle salt and pepper over. Pour broth and cream on. Small stairs grows under tight closing approx. ¾ hour. Turn them every 10 minutes.
Remove the fry, remove the yarn and hold them warm in the serving dish covered with foil. Pour creme fraiche into the sauce, let it cook, add if necessary. Suit and taste it.
Christmas salad with apples and nuts:
Cut the root disc of 2-3 Christmas salt and cut out the rootstock with a conical cut. Cut the Christmas salad, not too fine. Immediately turn it for approx. 3-4 tbsp. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Add two red apples cut into cubes and 50 g. Coarsely chopped nuts. Mix both with the Christmas salad and taste with lemon juice. Instead of Christmas salad, Chinese cabbage can be used.

Pour some of the sauce over the shrimps and serve them with new potatoes, breadcress, sauce and Christmas salad with apples and nuts
