Instructions for Steak stroganoff

To prepare the Steak stroganoff recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into strips, approximately velafpudsede. 5 cm. long. Chop the onions. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Brown the meat in browned butter by excessive heat. Then take the meat up the pan. Brown the onions, and now came the meat back in the Pan and sprinkle over the flour, stirring constantly.

Add the broth, tomato paste and mustard. Let the meat simmer under a lid, for it is the next tender. It can take from 20-45 minutes depending on the quality.

The right taste with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms and possibly sour cream and let the right simmer 5-8 minutes. Flavor it with a dry sherry
