1Small red or sweet onions
1Salad master fx. Romaine
1Snack-cucumber or 1/3 cucumber
1-2Flank steak approx. 500 g
2Avocado
2tspOil
2Red peppers, if desired. long Turkish
4tbspBasil pesto approx. 40 g
8Large slices of good wheat bread
