To prepare the Squash soup 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the onions. Steam them in the butter. Add peeled, squared squash and celery into the tern. Add vegetables, whiskey and soup. Cooking time about ½ hour. Remove viscous, cool the soup a little. Findel on blender or rub it through a sieve. Lemon juice, salt and pepper are added to taste.
