The washed squash is cut in not too thin slices. Vinegar, sugar and fox must be brought to the boil of the oranges. The squash comes in and gets a boil. The juice from the oranges is added. The atamon comes in, and it all is filled with glass of Atamon-shredded glass or jars that are closed.
