100 | g | Bacon, diced |
250 | g | Peeled grated potatoes |
300-500 | g | Squash |
3-5 | Tomatoes in slices | |

Instructions for Squash-omelette with potatoes
To prepare the Squash-omelette with potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grill the bacon to the Pan and bring it up.
Saute the onion and squash in the pan for a few minutes.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together in a bowl and mix the other parts except tomatoes and bacon in it.
Pour into a buttered ovenproof dish, which is sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Then added the bacon and tomato slices on top.
Bake in the oven, approximately 180 degrees for about ½ hour.
Accessories: wholemeal bread
Tips:
It is a good idea to take a sample of the egg cake before it is served, since the potatoes should be tender.
