Ingredients for Square Bread

1 | tbsp | Sesame seeds |
14 | dl | Brødmel of all four cereal varieties |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
2.5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Margarine or butter |
Instructions for Square Bread
To prepare the Square Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the grease into a saucepan. Pour water and milk and chin it to 37º. Crumble the yeast in the dough dish and stir it out in a little of the milk mixture. Add the rest as well as the syrup and the majority of the flour. Peel the dough and let it rise for approx. 30 min. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll them out and shape them into five normally large bowls as well as a double-size bowl. Put the big bowl in the middle and the little ones outside. Raise on a baking sheet covered with paper and brush with a little milk, sprinkle sesame seeds, birch and bowl over. Sprinkle some flour over the large bowl and cut it a few times. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200º for approx. 20 min.
