To prepare the Sprouted pancakes with jams recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour creme fraiche or ymer into a bowl add flour and sugar and stir it into a lump-free dough. Add the eggs one at a time and stir well after each egg. Melt the fat and let it cool. Stir the cooled grease and salt in the dough and leave it for 5 minutes. Warm a pan, like a pletpande, or a teflon pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of dough in each recess and behind the golden cakes. Turn them when they bubble and are almost dry on top. Serve the pancakes freshly baked.
