Ingredients for Spring cake

Instructions for Spring cake
To prepare the Spring cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Meringue-bottoms:
Whites whip very stiff and half of the sugar is whipped in. Gently turn the rest of the sugar in.
2 of these meringue bottoms are made. Draw two circles after a plate of a piece of baking paper and wide meringue dough out. Bake on the oven's central position at 140 degrees C. alm. Oven approx. 40 minutes. When it begins to golden, heat is dimmed to 100 degrees C. until it is crisp and releases the paper approx. 20 minutes.
Cream Filling:
Whip the whipped cream firmly and season with coffee extract and possibly. More Nescafé.
Coffee extract:
Flormelisen is placed on a pan and warmed until golden, the coffee is brought in and cooked to a large extent. The mass can be stored in a refrigerator on a glass. The mass can also be made of 3 tablespoons. Caramel sauce, 3 tsp. Nescafé and 2 teaspoons. water.

The spring cake can be frozen and removed first so it can be served cold (about 1 hour before serving).
