1000gFresh spinach
2-4Lemons
300-350gLong grain rice (washed and drained)
3-4Spring onion roughly cut
4-5dlOlive oil

To prepare the Spinatris (Spanako`ryzo) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sauter the spring bulbs in the oil. Wash the spinach well, chop it roughly, swallow most of the water, ohg came spinach with oil and onion. Cook with medium heat about 5 minutes. Add rice, about 1/2 liter of water, dill, salt and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes. Can be served either cold or warmed with lots of lemon juice.
