To prepare the Spicy straight cauliflower recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200 ° and lightly grease a small baking pan with vegetable oil. Set aside.
Trim the bottom of cauliflower to remove any green leaves and woody stem.
In a medium sized bowl, combine yogurt with lime lemon peel and juice, chile powder, cumin, garlic powder, curry, salt and pepper.
Put cauliflower into the bowl and use a brush or your hands to spread marinade evenly over its surface. (Excess marinade can be stored in a refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three days and used with meat, fish or other vegetables).
Place cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and fry until the surface is dry and light brown, 30 to 40 minutes. The marinade will become a crust on the surface of cauliflower.
Let cauliflower cool for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving together with a large green salad.
