Instructions for Spicy peanut soup
To prepare the Spicy peanut soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic in the chopper around 3 minutes. Add the chilies and sauté for a further 1 minute. Add the finely sliced red peppers, celery, carrots and potatoes. First, add the vegetable stock, then peanut butter and corn kernels. Stir well. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
