Ingredients for Spelled Bread
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
10 | dl | Cold water |
1000 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Fennel seeds (optional) |
2 | tbsp | Salt |
25 | g | Yeast |
300 | g | Spelt flour (or wholemeal flour) |
Instructions for Spelled Bread
To prepare the Spelled Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast in the water with sugar and salt. Stir the flour and possibly. Seed for a little while, preferably with an electric whip or stirrer. The dough must be glued and lind.
Let the dough rise overnight in the refrigerator.
Pour the dough into a round bread and put it on a baking sheet with baking paper. Sprinkle with flour and scratch in the surface with a sharp knife.
Bake 50-60 minutes at 200 degrees.
tips:
Remember to start the dough the day before it is served. Alternatively, 50 g of yeast and a retention time of approx. 1-2 hours at room temperature.
