300gSpelt flour (or wholemeal flour)

Instructions for Spelled Bread

To prepare the Spelled Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve yeast in the water with sugar and salt. Stir the flour and possibly. Seed for a little while, preferably with an electric whip or stirrer. The dough must be glued and lind.
