Ingredients for Special Rye Bread
1 | l | Wheat flour with very gluten |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
1 | tbsp | Ground caraway |
2 | tbsp | Syrup |
5 | dl | Wholemeal rye flour |
5 | dl | Boiling water |
5 | dl | Cold water |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Butter or margarine |
Instructions for Special Rye Bread
To prepare the Special Rye Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour 5 dl of rye flour into a dough bowl. Add the fat into small pieces. Pour the boiling water and stir. Leave it for approx. 10 min.
Stir the cold water, salt, syrup and bowl. The mixture must be hand warm. Crumble the yeast and stir until it is dissolved. Add flour and flour, but save approx. 1 dl of wheat flour until the bread is kneaded again. Eat the dough vigorously, 5 min. On machine or 10 min in hand. It should feel smooth. Raises covered to double size for approx. 45 min.
Spread the dough smoothly on a crispy baking table and divide it into 3-4 pieces. Form them for bread. Lay the loaves across a baking sheet covered with baking paper and let them rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 175ยบ for approx. 1 hour. Cool a baker, under a dish.
