Ingredients for Snuppere

0.5 | pak | Yeast |
0.5 | Small onions | |

150 | g | Minced beef |
2 | dl | Lukewarm water |
500 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour/wholemeal flour + flour |
Instructions for Snuppere
To prepare the Snuppere recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Stir the yeast into the lukewarm water and add oil, egg and salt.
2. Add gradually the flour with stirring. Only enough for the dough to release the sides of the bowl
3. Let the dough raise in the bowl under the double-size cloth.
4. Brown the meat and onions in the oil
5. Add the rest and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper and let it cool.
7. Replace the dough after raising and divide it for approx. 6-12 pieces (depending on whether for lunch or dinner)
8. Press them flat and roll them thin. Put the stuffing on the dough pieces, brush the edges with whipped egg and fold them into half-circle. Push the edges well together with a fork.
9. Place the loaves on the baking sheet and allow them to adhere for 10 minutes. Bake them at 200 degrees for approx. 20 min.
