0.25 | dl | Plain yogurt |
0.5 | tsp | Salt |

1 | tbsp | Curry paste |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
1 | tbsp | Water |
10 | g | Yeast |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Small spicy bread
To prepare the Small spicy bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough until it is smooth. Add more flour if necessary. Brush a bowl of some oil and put the dough in it. Cover it and let it rise for a warm place for approx. 30 minutes.
Take the dough on the table and divide it into 15 small bowls. Leave it adhere for 10 minutes. Sprinkle flour on the table, turn the balls in and press them flat, approx. 10 cm. In diameter. Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper and brush with melted butter. Bake them in a 250 degree C. alm. Oven until they are golden, approx. 6 minutes.
Brush the baked bread with melted butter and sprinkle with nigellafrø.
Serve the breads while still healthy.
