30 | g | Melted butter |
4 | tbsp | Sugar |
75 | g | Grof treven marzipan |

To prepare the Small pear pie with marcipan recipe, please follow these instructions:
Roll the thinned pie into a large square cut into 4 square pieces. Bend and roll the edge a little bit all the way around and place the dough pieces on a plate of baking paper. Sprinkle the marcipan on the dough. Peel and peel the pears and chop them into thin boats, place them on the marcipan, drizzle with lemon juice, brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar before baking golden and crispy in the oven at 220º for 15-20 minutes.
Serve warm with cinnamon cream creme fraiche.
