1 | tsp | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Nigellafrø |
2 | tsp | Nigellafrø or blue poppy seeds |
3 | dl | Water |
35 | g | Yeast |
450 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Small nigel bread
To prepare the Small nigel bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter, add and stir the yeast out of it. Mix salt, sugar, nigellafrø and approx. 300 g. Of the flour in the liquid. More flour, as the dough can take it, but only as long as it is still smooth. Put the dough blank on the table. Bring some oil into the bowl, turn the dough into the oil. Let it rise to double size for a couple of hours. Lightly dough the dough on a skewered table and roll it into a rectangle with the cake roll. Fold the dough into three layers. Roll out again for approx. 30x25 cm. And fold it again in three layers. Cut the long dough strip for 3-4 cm. Wide pieces. Repeat 30 minutes on baking sheet with baking paper. Brush with egg and sprinkle with nigellafrø. Place the bread in the middle grill in a 200 degree preheated oven and leave them for 20-25 minutes. Cool on the grid.
