250gBlackberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions for Small American pancakes

To prepare the Small American pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir yeast with salt and sugar until the mass is liquid. Lean the milk and stir it out into the yeast with the vanilla grains. Bring wheat flour into a bowl and stir the milk for a little while, until the mixture is smooth and without lumps. Whip the eggs and adjust the texture with a little flour or milk. Melt the butter on a large teflon pan and stir it in the dough. Let the dough rise for 20 minutes. Step without additional fat 2-3 small pancakes at a time until they are thick and light golden, approx. 4 minutes on each side. Calculate approx. ½ dl to each. Served warm with liquid honey and blackberry, which has drained overnight in sugar and grappa. The pancakes can be frozen and just lunes before serving.
