135gLiquid margarine
2tspBicarbonate of soda
2tspVanilla sugar
200gBanana
225gPerfect fit
3tspBaking soda
5dlButtermilk
500gWheat flour

Instructions for (slim) chocolate cake

To prepare the (slim) chocolate cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

All the dry ingredients are mixed in a bowl and mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl. Stir the dry ingredients with the wet and mix well.

The batter is poured into a baking pan, ca. 23x33 cm, and bake at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 40 minutes.

Dot in the cake with a knitting needle or similar, must not hang dough by, so it must have a little longer.

Tips:
The cake is not too sweet, so if you want to be a little "unhealthy" one can make a glaze of powdered sugar, cocoa powder, coconut and a little water. The cake is also good warm and with light vanilla ice cream to:-) Carté d'or
