Instructions for Slankemayonaise
To prepare the Slankemayonaise recipe, please follow these instructions:
Use the blender or hand blender and run the eggs, salt, pepper and mustard powder a few seconds and then add the oil, while the Blender is running with lowest speed. Add lemon juice gradually until mixture thickens. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator no more than 1 week in glass jars with screw-on lid.
Tips:
donated unit provides about 1 dl, but can easily be multiplied up. Can be varied as needed, URf.eks. replaced the mustard powder with curry powder or garlic powder. Add ½ tbsp very finely urtemayonaise to chopped herbs to taste at the end.
