Instructions for Skovnæs-horn
To prepare the Skovnæs-horn recipe, please follow these instructions:
All the ingredients kneaded well together into a uniform dough, which is then divided into 2 equal parts, which are formed into balls that rest 5 minutes.
Each ball rolled out to the circle shape, ca. 30 cm. in diameter, and cut with a knife or klejne trace out to 8 triangles. This is done by dividing the circle just above the first of 2, then 4 and finally in 8 parts.
At the wide end of each triangle is placed a TSP. sveskemos, and then dejstykket rolled up to a horn from the wide end toward the narrow end.
The horns decorating the with the beaten egg and sprinkled with tesukker.
Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet on middle oven at 200 degrees C in the Groove about 20 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
