Instructions for Skipperkål 02
To prepare the Skipperkål 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into the tern. Burn the curry into a little margarine and season the meat in it.
Peel potatoes and cut them into the tern. Cut the cabbage fine. Peel carrots and cut them into slices. Clean the leeks and cut them into slices.
Bring vegetables and spices into the pan and mix well with the meat. Add broth and simmer the dish under a tight low 1½ to 2 hours until everything is tender.
Add, if necessary, more broth on the way.
