12Tom's giant tortoises
2Egg yolk, pasteurised
2tspVanilla sugar
4tbspIcing sugar
5dlWhipped cream

Instructions for Skildpaddeis

To prepare the Skildpaddeis recipe, please follow these instructions:

Eggs, icing sugar and vanilla whipped. Cream foam and mix in the chopped giant tortoises. Eventually reversed the stiftpiskede egg whites gently in.
