0.5 | cup | Coffee |
100 | g | Chunks of nuts or 100 g desiccated coconut |
100 | g | Cooking chocolate |
100 | g | Margarine |
2 | dl | Milk |
3 | tsp | Vanilla sugar (may be omitted) |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
300 | g | Sugar |
4 | Eggs | |
4 | tsp | Baking soda |
4-5 | tbsp | Cocoa powder |
Instructions for Sjokoladekage
To prepare the Sjokoladekage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt butter, mix coffee and milk in. cool. Beat the egg snaps of eggs and sugar. Mix in rest of ingredients. Grease a baking pan. Divide the batter in the baking pan. Bake at 180 degrees C for about ½ hour and cool in baking pan.
Cut the edges neatly around the cake.
Glaze: melt butter and chocolate. Mix in coffee and milk. Do not boil! Mix in powdered sugar after how thick a glaze you want. Pipes for the glaze is smooth and supple.
Wide it over the cake.
Tips:
This cake is quick, easy and can be made by children. Is very good to make funny children's cakes out of. One can for example. build trains or cars. Castles or other fun stuff. The glaze can be used as "glue" and then you can decorate the cake as you want (with candy?) It is incredibly popular among the kids.
