Instructions for Shelf flower juice 02
To prepare the Shelf flower juice 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start picking the shrubs. When you get home, start the sugar layer before cleaning the screens.
Syrup
Water, sugar and citric acids are brought to the boil, stirring in between so the sugar does not burn on the bottom. The layer is cooled easily before flowers and lemons are brought in.
Whilst the sugar layer is boiled, shake the shells well and cut the roughest sticks.
The yellow shells of lemons are peeled off with a potato peeler. The white scarf is then cut off and discarded, making it easier to cut the tips, the lemon is placed on top and the white scarf is cut off from the top against the cutting board. The lemon meat itself is cut into slices.
When the sugar layer is cooled off, add flowers to lemon peel and lemon meat. The juice is now pulling in a refrigerator for 3-4 days and is ready to be sifted and poured in a bottle.
We add liquid atamon before the juice is poured into a bottle, but it can also be frozen.
