Instructions for Seville Oranges Jam II
To prepare the Seville Oranges Jam II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Blame the fruits thoroughly (especially if they are sprayed) and cut them into very thin slices. Put the fruit slices in a pan, pour the water over the fruit and cook on a low heat approximately 20-30 minutes. Add the sugar and citric acid and let it boil up again. Take the Pan from the heat and add melantin (see conditions on the bag) mixed with a bit of sugar. Finally, the jam through pipes in 4-5 minutes and then pour it into clean glass or plastic jars, which closes to right away.
