125 | g | Butter |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Milk |
675 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Sesame Pieces
To prepare the Sesame Pieces recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lean the milk until it is finger warm and stir the yeast out of it. Crumble the butter in the flour. Add the ginger milk, salt and sugar and knead the dough blank and smooth. Leave it raised in the bowl approx. 1½ hours. Slice the dough easily and divide it into 3 servings. Roll each serving out with the cake roll until it measures approx. 20x40 cm. Brush the surface with coiled egg and fold each piece into three on the long side. Turn the dough so the joints will come down and cut the dough into 5 cm wide pieces. Let them adhere to the plate for about 25 minutes. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the breads for 12-15 minutes at 225 degrees on the middle groove.
