Ingredients for Sesame cakes
½ | tsp | Baking soda |
½ | dl | Oil |
1 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Flour |
200 | g | Unhulled sesame seeds |
50 | Coarsely chopped almonds | |
75 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Sesame cakes
To prepare the Sesame cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the sesame seeds on a hot skillet, add the oil and almonds and grate them golden brown while stirring.
Whip eggs and sugar well. Add the oil, flour, baking powder and Sesame mixture. Line a small baking pan on 20x25 cm. with wax paper and pour the batter into the mold in the oven and bake Set. 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Take the cake with greaseproof paper out of the mold. Cut the cake into 5 cm sized cubes and behind them another 5 minutes on the tracing paper.
