Instructions for Selleriterrine
To prepare the Selleriterrine recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the mushrooms and chop them with a knife. Saute the mushrooms in the butter in a frying pan. Peel and grate the celery roughly on vegetable salad tongs.
