1 | letter | Baking soda |
1/8 | l | Whipped cream |
10 | g | Grated nutmeg |
10 | g | Ground cinnamon |
10 | g | Sugar |
100 | g | Corn flour or potato flour |
100 | g | Butter |
2 | Eggs | |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Raisins, seedless |
Instructions for Seasoned rosnitters
To prepare the Seasoned rosnitters recipe, please follow these instructions:
Overloin the raisins with boiling water and let them stand for 5 minutes. Droplet and refrigerate.
The butter is melted and swallowed. Whole eggs, sugar and flour are brought in and the dough is stirred until it is foamed. Came with cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and flour in constant stirring. In the end, raisins are turned in. Roll out to approx. 1 cm. Thickness on a board sprinkled with flour.
