Instructions for Seasoned ketchup
To prepare the Seasoned ketchup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the apples and chop them, tomatoes and onions in coarse pieces. Pour it into a saucepan with spices, sugar, syrup and vinegar. Cook the whole bath to the apples is very tender (about 15 min.)
Blend the mass with a powerful rod blender.
Taste the ketchup for sugar and lager vinegar. If it is a bit too thin it can be leveled with agar agar. If it is too thick, some of the layers can be added from the tomatoes
