1.25dlWhole milk
250gWheat flour
3tbspIcing sugar
4tspBaking soda
50gButter

Instructions for Scones (II)

To prepare the Scones (II) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Term wheat flour, baking soda, powdered sugar and salt into a mixing bowl the butter into flour, Smulder so it looks like grated cheese. Gather the dough with milk. The dough should be soft and sticky.

Roll out dough into approx. 1 cm thickness and 7 cm. in diameter on a floured table and stick-out scones with a glass or udstiksjern. Can be made in many fun shapes.

Tips:
Scones can be varied with roughly chopped chocolate grated orange peel raisins or other dried fruit.
