To prepare the Scones baked in a pan recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk and dissolve the yeast, herein, lunes which, however, must not be warmed with the flour and the other ingredients kneaded in a uniform dough, which raises to double in size in a warm place, covered.
The dough rolled out to a piece on ca. 20x25 cm. for about 2 cm's thickness and set out for 12 muffins with a cake defines or a glass (ca. 6 cm. in diameter) and after raising to double size on a warm place, covered.
Buns are placed on a dry, not too hot pan and bake light brown 6-8 minutes on each side, covered, on low heat.
Served freshly baked with butter, if desired. jam.
