Oil
Salt
1Green pepper (optional) or little red pickled peppers (optional)
1-2Cucumbers
2tbspFresh chopped parsley
2tbspChopped onion or scallions (optional)
250gFeta cheese
4-8Tomatoes preferably stem tomatoes

To prepare the Schopska Salata (Tomato salad with feta) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers into small pieces, preferably square. Mix with onion, parsley and pepper, a bit of vinegar and oil, to taste. Portion served. Thus over the grate. Garnish with black olives and a little dusk 2-3 green. Should drink Rakia or Mastika!

Tips:
This salad is one of Bulgaria's most traditional. It tastes wonderful with the sun-ripened Bulgarian tomatoes. But can also be made at home;-)
