1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
2 | dl | Sugar |
3 | dl | Wheat flour |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
75 | g | Dark chocolate |
Instructions for Scattered cinnamon
To prepare the Scattered cinnamon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Draw 6 rings, about 20 cm in diameter, on a piece of baking paper. Stir the fat and sugar cream and add the egg. Mix flour and cinnamon and stir in the dough. Place the baking paper on a plate. Wipe the dough thinly into the rings and bag a few at a time for 5-6 min at 225 degrees on the middle groove. Lay the bases on a flat surface and pull the paper off. Let them get cold. Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath with 1 tablespoon of butter. Wide chocolate over one of the bottoms. Whip the cream to the foam, add the vanilla sugar and put the bottoms together with the whipped cream. Place the bottom with chocolate on top. Server immediately
